Who's they ?: You most absolutely can consult. Your dentist will determine what your issue is and will discuss with your OBGYN if needed. Emergency treatment is allowed and encouraged... you don't want an infection coursing throughout your body or the need for additional medications. Prevent a major problem now.

Toothache: Whoever told you that should be admonished for practicing Dentistry?Obstetrics without licensure. Toothache usually usually means infection. Infection is harmful both to you and your baby. Contact a local General Dentist. Explain your circumstances, and ask to be scheduled for an Emergency Appointment. They will do so ASAP and help ou to feel better.
