Water and laxative: She needs to drink more water and may need a laxative like prune juice. If that does not help, it would be prudent to talk to her pediatrician if additional treatment is needed.

Fiber/fluid/Med: Hi, drinking reg amounts of fluids and having lots of fiber in her diet would help. The hard stools indicate need for proper hydration and fiber, which is common in kids. Also otc meds can help her as well - miralax is a good option. Just keep in mind that her constipation will improve but may take some time. If it persists despite simple measures, then please see her doctor.
