Stop the Difene: Difene is a combination of fast and long acting diclofenac. It is an Aspirin like medication and as such may cause GI bleeding and ulceration. Less often it can also produce constipation. If your pain is not getting better you should go to an emergency room if you cannot immediately see your doctor. If you start to feel better as soon as you stop the drug it probably was the cause of your symptoms.

Diclofenac: Difene/diclofenac could be causing the constipation and bloating. The only way to know is to discontinue the medication and see if your symptoms resolve. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/pmh0000882/.
