Suggesting: Hidradenitis suppurativa, with other conditions still possible. Antibiotics are the mainstay treatment, rubbing, pressure and or irritation should be avoided at all cost, sometimes that may involve weight loss. Your doc with the help of a dermatologist may be able to address further.
