Proctitis? Yeast?: Yeast infection is possible, can be worsened by antibiotics like ciprofloxacin. Klovinal and Dalzel Kit are anti-yeast, but some yeasts may be resitant. Positive test for E. coli means nothing, normally present in everybody's intestines and anal area. Staph infection? STD testing done? Checked for ulcerative proctitiis and Crohn's dis? See infectious disease specialist or maybe proctologist.
