It's difficult: If it's recurring boils, you probably are carrying a bad bacteria on the skin. This area is especially prone. Don't shave. You could try an antibacterial wash only a couple times / week (every day is too much - the bugs just get resistant to the wash!) & keepthe skin well moisturized, but also try to wear loose-fitting clothes to keep dry. Surgery to remove the chronic infection works best.
