If no cramping,: probably not miscarrying, if cramping and bleeding, possible miscarriage. Just spotting, light bleeding, darker, could be the site of the embryo implantation, bleeding with minimal harm to the fetus. Recheck with your doctor and possibly another ultrasound could be reassuring.
