4 weeks minimum: At a minimum, one has to wait 4 weeks after getting the second vaccine to receive third dose. PCV-13 vaccine schedule is 4 doses in total, month 2, 4, 6, and last one between 12-15 months. So, see your baby’s doctor for the third dose at 6 months of age. Delay in getting the vaccines is not recommend since it increases risk of infections not immune. Catch up vaccinations are available if needed.
