Hi i have weakness. due to hb low my hb is 10.3 , pcv 32%, i have thyroid, and i lung collapse due to tb but no problem with that but my esr is 110 why?

This is high!: An elevated ESR denotes inflammation / infection. I understand you have TB this could be one of the reasons please check this with your lung specialist or infectious disease specialist. Btw, before medication for TB collapsing the lung was therapeutical. To be on the safe side i would do an ANA blood test to r/o any possibility of a concomitant auto immune disease.
