Tight Throat: Angina is a pain associated with heart vessel disease, rare in young women, usually associated with exertion, stress, not related with abnormal breathing. Sudden sensations which come and go, more likely anxiety, panic, possibly related to Pandemic. If it lasts for less than a minute, unlikely to be related to physical disorder. If associated with weakness, sweats, nausea, cramps, see a doctor.
