Angina is treatable: We need more information about your Angina. If you truly have Angina then you have to take medical treatments with several different drugs. Moreover a coronary Angiogram is necessary to check you coronary arteries. Have you had this procedure(heart catheterization) done alread?. Do you have any risk factors for Angina such as High BP, high cholesterol, Diabetes or smoking? Send us these details.

Go to the ER now: don't mess around. The heart is one area where doctors can intervene to prevent serious disability and death. Angina is not typically a stabbing pain but you say it feels like the angina you had before and I'm presuming you were diagnosed by a doctor. First things first - if we can rule out your heart as the source of the pain then you can relax and consider other possibilities.

Detailed history: It sounds like you have a complex situation and have already had extensive testing. These little text boxes are not big enough to go through all the details. You might consider a second opinion inbox consult here on HealthTap. You need to have a treatment plan including what to do if this symptom comes back.
