See Allergy Doc: Your symptoms sound very much as allergies with allergic rhinitis (nasal and sinus) and allergic asthma (wheezing) as well as possible dermatitis. When all these are active is worth seeing an allergist to define the major allergens and if there is so much inflammation a short course of prednisone most likely help. Other meds such as Allegra or Zyrtec, Flonase (fluticasone) might help but limited.
