Paraphimosis??: Paraphimosis is the entrapment of a retracted foreskin behind the coronal sulcus & if not replaced, blood supply to the glans may be compromised. If the glans of the penis is becoming blue and discolored, this needs urgent medical care. Either the swelling needs to be relieved or a slit made in the foreskin or full circumcision.

Confusing statement: Paraphymosis is a medical emergency. If not treated properly the distal trapped tip of the penis can be amputated. Surgical release is necessary. You would only use creams/lotions for minor irritation, not paraphymosis. Either the label is wrong or the treatment is wrong. Go to the ER now.
