See a doc: Could be a rotated vertebra regarding the click, but with loss of voice, suggests more complicated cause. This should,be check out by a doc for better diagnosis for the laryngitis. You can gargle with salt water, and use topical agents such as cepastat or honey for the soreness until\ you see your doc. Good luck
