I have been having upper abdominal pain and left side pain for about a month, two weeks ago i had a non contrast ct (allergic to contrast) which was clear, pancreatic enzymes which were normal. should i worry about pancan?

I: would try an MRI, better resolution and you did not have contrast with CT.
