Stress or anxiety?: It is hard to guess , you are 26 years old , no mention of any pre-existing condition. No fever, cough , fatigue, sore throat, runny nose. You have shortness of breath and back pain. It could be just and anxiety attack or stress type thing . But you can not waste time. Call the Emergency Room.

Multiple things: Many different things could cause your symptoms. Anxiety (over COVID 19 or economic pressure or etc) can cause it; allergies with or without wheezing; heart problems; an actual obstruction in throat; acid reflux felt in throat/chest. Best to consult Dr on video chat or by appointment for evaluation, or go to ER if worsens. Try to relax & take slow deep breaths & meditate on something calming
