I am experiencing mild chest pain. i dont have fever but i feel like im coming down with flu. i dont have headaches, but sharp pain in my chest, constantly clearing my throat, what is causing all this?

See MD: At this time your symptoms are characteristic of a viral upper respiratory tract infection, but if sharp chest pain occurs with a deep breath, pleurisy or pneumonia cannot be excluded. Fever, chills, sweats and discolored sputum would be more consistent with pneumonia. If chest pains persist, see a physician for evaluation and advice.
