Yes: I have heard no reports of foodstuffs or other products imported from these countries being capable of infecting a person with Covid19.

Yes: COVID 19 is not a foodborne illness. It lives for varying amounts of time on different surfaces (briefly on porous surfaces). By the time an item is shipped from one country to another - any possible virus would likely have died. Surface contamination is only a minor mode of transmission for this virus.
