After my spine surgery i stop my twynsta 80/10mg for almost two weeks,now my blood pressure is 109/87, when must i start my twynsta again,i am afraid if i take twynsta my blood pressure will be low.

Call your surgeon: The only person who should be advising you following spine surgery is your Surgeon. He has complete information on your recent care and can tell you exactly when and how much to take. Hypertension can affect healing after any surgery and should be controlled well. This is an urgent problem.
