Pain resolved?: If the pain has resolved and you are breathing as usual, the pain was probably related to muscular strain. Watch for shortness of breath and acute chest pain. If these occur, please see a physician for a chest x ray and evaluation.

Get an x-ray: It may just be muscular pain, and hopefully that is the case. However, Since you did have a history of pneumothorax (collapsed lung) in the past, you do have an increased risk of this being the case again. So I would not ignore the pain and follow it up with an x-ray (especially if you feel any shortness of breath). I wish you the best, and hopefully this won't be the case. Good luck
