Sinus issues?: Sinusitis can cause a slow flow of mucus down the back of your throat which collects at the top of the bronchi (entry to the lungs) and causes coughing. This is more noticeable at night. Mucus from sinuses can also flow to the canals leading to the ears and cause a fullness/pain. Try oral decongestant or a nasal decongestant spray to open the canals and drain ears. See Dr for Antibiotics.
