Jaw and ear pain on the right side of my face. also, congested chest, cough, phlegm with occasional black specks - all for a week. i dont smoke. ?

Jaw and ear pain: Could be you are gritting your teeth but also could be an inner ear infection with Eustachian tube inflammation. The specs are a concern. I think you should follow up with your primary care physician or go to an urgent care facility. I don't think you need to go to the Emergency Department.

Chronic inflammation: The black spots are coagulated blood, you need a good exam, and ENT, allergist to sort out where and how your can decrease symptoms
