PCOS ?'s: PCOS requires either ovulation stimulation or artificial "periods" with oral BCP's, which is preventative of later problems given the constant estrogen stimulation without ovulation from PCOS, that can negatively affect the uterine lining. Unless pregnancy is desired, oral BCP's are recommended with PCOS.
