A member asked:

What hormone medication does the doctor normally put you on to have normal periods if you have pcos?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) is good b/c it helps decrease the more androgens (more male hormones that all women have but greater ratios in pcos) or yasmin. Women who dont want birth control can try natural Progesterone to help balance the hormones and have regular periods.
