I took a pregnancy test yesterday. i am 5 weeks pregnant. i am bleeding with tiny clots in them. it is a red color. im really scared because i was really happy when i found out i was pregnant. is this abnormal? i do have iron deficiency anemia.

Bleeding at 5w ?'s: Bleeding at "5 weeks" of pregnany may indicate an impending miscarriage. If the bleeding continues, see your OB physician for an ultrasound or a quantitative HCG serum test to determine if the pregnancy is still progressing normally.
