Possibilities: Many girls can develop a discharge from simple cross contamination. The anus is so close that fecal germs can find there way in. Wiping wrong can assist that. If she sits in a soapy tub without rinsing well the water can leave a soap film on her genitals and trigger scratching. A warm tub soak & rinsing the area well with clean water can help.If it persists her doc may need to evaluate this.
