It happens: The female at this age may get into trouble with baths because of bathing practices, especially with fragrant soaps. Sitting in a tub of soapy/dirty water allows that water to coat her pee hole & enter her vagina. Unless the area is rinsed with clean water before leaving it can trigger itching or urinary problems. A dry tub shower with a sprayer can end this as can just showering.
