Be careful: I would avoid medications in your first trimester at all costs, so simply stop the icy hot. I don’t believe your baby is in any severe danger if the use was only twice. I would discuss this with your OB Gyne and see if you can take Tylenol on some minimal use basis when you are in your 2nd trimester for pain relief ( after 13 weeks)
