I am 13 weeks pregnant and for 2 days now i am struggling with a terrible headache on my right hand side, i tried taking panado to ease the pain but it doesnt seem to work should i be worried could this harm the baby? what can i do

H/che in pregnancy: Can be due to the same causes as outside pregnancy, causes peculiar to pregnancy for example can be due to pre-eclampsia, but that in late pregnancy, high blood pressure need to be ruled out too. Panadol, or headache by itself won't harm the baby . You need to check with primary doctor for initial evaluation , wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
