Acute vs Chronic UTI: Is this rare for you, then likely that the UTI self resolved. If you have frequent UTI's, your bladder may be colonized and the symptoms will come and go. Important to have your urine tested by a doctor, to determine what bacteria are causing the infection, and a specific treatment to eradicate the bacteria. If you have fever, low flank pain and frequent urination go to urgent care.
