Depends on contagion: A woman doesn't want to catch a new contagion. That means sex of any type is not safe unless she is up to date on her Gardasil HPV vaccination (the current version that blocks 9 HPV strains). While the vaccine doesn't get rid of the HPV she may already have, it helps block other HPV she may come in contact with during any kind of sex, and thus help prevent future cancers.

Agree with Dr. K: Get HPV vaccine to prevent infection with other strains of HPV. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!
