How long does it take to die from either uterine or cervical cancer or both receiving no treatment whatsoever?

Why left untreated?: Cervical ca is one of the cancer that can be prevented and caught early with papsmear screening. Both cervical and uterine cancer can be cured if caught early when left untreated , they will grow locally to adjacent organs causing colon obstruction, fistula of vagina- bladder- colon; kidney failure, pain, etc as well as spreading to other organ. It'll be a few yrs of slow&painful process to die.
