Hi, i was wondering about some numbness on the inside of my index finger from jabbing it with a sharp knife last night. the cut is at the base of the index finger where it joins my palm. stabbed index finger while cutting an avacado?

Maybe / maybe not: It could be an injured small nerve ending. It may or may not improve depending on how severe the cut was. Be sure to get it checked if you notice it to be hot, swelling, redness, numbness spreading as infection might be arising. Also any injury with metal needs to have up to-date tetanus vaccine
