Doubt it: It is unlikely that these will do anything beyond giving you something to do. Moist heat applied to the area may improve blood flow enough that natural healing factors can penetrate the area. It can also push the pimple to drain which should give relief. Heat to that side of the head can sometimes reduce pain by masking the pain with the sensation of heat.
