No evidence: Please don't believe anything on social media (or most of the internet for that matter), the news, or general press. Right now, there is no proven treatment for COVID-19 (as of April 5, 2020). There are many trials going on with different medications. Contrary to what Trump recently said, there is no treatment approved or proven yet. Hopefully there will be soon. Right now, physical distancing.

COVID 19: I agree with the answer given and would like to add that Hydroquinoline should only be reserved for inpatient treatment administered by physicians who are treating COVID patients. Do not buy it. Do not ask a doctor fro a prescription.

Hydroxychloroquine: The FDA has cautioned against use of hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine for COVID-19 outside of the hospital setting or a clinical trial due to risk of heart rhythm problems. Anecdotal stories don't equate to scientific study.
