Likely not.: Spanish Flu was estimated to have about a 2% mortality rate. COVID 19 has effected different races and areas of the world variably. A recent estimate by the World Health Organization was that it has about a 3 to 4% death rate. Science has improved signficantly since 1918 and there are many methods of containment being employed & a lot of research for treatment. Time will ultimately tell.
