Neti pot: Good question, probably not. Theoretically could cause more of a spread down into your respiratory tract. If you do it regularly for sinus issues you could continue but wouldn't start it for the virus.

Neti pot: It would not likely rid you of virus. Virus could be in your nose, mouth, throat.
