Is it possible to get a nasal septal hole from a virus test that was inserted into nose thank you?

Anything is possible, but a COVID-19 rapid test or PCR has never caused a perforation that has been reported. However, intranasal snorting of cocaine, or other recreational drugs have caused such nasal holes.
