Flomax (tamsulosin): It is hard to say but yes, possibly. It does affect the semen production and you may notice that you do not ejaculate as much on the Flomax (tamsulosin) as you did when you did not take it. I am sure your physician took into account the medications you were already taking...As long as you let him know if they are from another doctor.
