Different: Works differently. Good addition to flomax, (tamsulosin) which i wouldn't stop.

And BPH but it is not better.Datamonitor expects tadalafil will be prescribed as an add-on therapy to existing BPH treatments, particularly Alpha reductase inhibitors which are known to cause erectile dysfunction in patients.
