White tongue: It could be a yeast infection, however it is more likely to be deposition of residue from food and drink you are taking in. Gently brush your tongue at least twice daily. If it is not improving, see your primary doctor

Tongue: You may use a tongue scraper every night to scrape your tongue and if you don’t see results after a week then check in with your dentist.
