Oral Thrush: I suggest you first get a second opinion about your diagnosis as your condition is resistant to traditional treatment. There are many other diseases that can cause white patches on oral mucosa and/or tongue.

Mouth infection: See an oral surgeon immediatly it may not be yeast and may indicate a severe medical condition. Pts with aids many times will have what they think is a yeast infection get help right away.
