I had a dry cough on 24 march and stayed in bed for 2 days then felt better for a day but back to bed for 3 days with wet cough. i felt better since but still have dry cough, should i be worried of covid 19?

Wet cough/fever: Monitor your temperature, drink fluids and rest. Monitor your cough and if there is worsening or fever, please have a chest radiograph and see your physician.
