Not a heart disease.: Non-sustained RBBB is a form of intermittent electrical delay in one of the branches leading from the time-keeper of the heart to the right ventricle. Just as a car needs perfect timing in the firing of the spark plugs to efficiently turn the crankshaft of the engine, so does the heart to pump blood. It has many causes and if symptomatic, is usually evaluated with special testing.
