?: How do you know that you have/had non sustained V tach? did you have any symptoms with it? So frequent PVC's warrant an evaluation at your age, and so does NSVT. But if you are asymptomatic right now I think you should touch base with your PCP tom AM.

Go to the ER!: Without knowing the source of your NSVT, its too dangerous not to get an evaluation. Since the only way to know would be to have a pacemaker or automatic defrillator, apparently a diagnosis of serious or potentially serious heart disease has been made. DO not take a chance.

More info needed: How do you know you had non sustained vtach? I would strongly suggest evaluation by a cardiologist given your concerns. Please make sure they are aware of all medications and supplements.
