Check with OB: This is probably quite benign but it never hurts to be sure and double check. Call your gynecologist and ask them what they think.

Need exam: Any woman with post menopausal bleeding should be evaluated for possible endometrial carcinoma since you are on angeliq, (estradiol and drospirenone) you have been reducing the risk of endo ca. The bleeding could also be from micro tears in the vagina from intercourse. See your gyn and let them check you out.
