Virus: These symptoms are characteristic of a viral respiratory tract infection. It could be covid19 if that virus has been in your region. If you can't get tested, isolate yourself from your family and others for 7 days after symptoms cleared. If fever or breathing difficulties develop, call your physician or go to the hospital emergency room for evaluation. In the meantime, drink adequate fluids
