Pregnancy test?: It's always a good idea to take a pregnancy test if you have had sex and your period is early, late, too heavy, too light, or just different. If the test is negative (and if last sex was more than 14 days ago), then your symptoms could be from something else, like an ovarian cyst or a hormonal fluctuation.
