Pain attacks: Is this the first time? or have you had panic attacks in past like this? In a 50 year old male when there is chest pain it needs to be evaluated by a doctor with an EKG and possible stress test to rule out cardiac disease. May also be asthma issue as well. Would f/u/ today with MD/urgent care. if negative work up and have anxiety contact Health tap prime to consult with psychiatrist.

Panic Attack: It is very normal for people who experience panic to be fearful that it will happen again. Please remember that they are self-limiting and if you have no physical disorder, your next stop for help can be a clinical psychologist. Peace and good health.
