Pain going around back, sides, chest when breathing deep, tightness with normal breathing. i don't know if it is muscle or lungs or something else?

Pain on breathing: Follow up today, as soon as possible in ER. Could be asthma or pneumonia, gallbladder or pleuradynia but could also be clot in llung. Breathing is critical so go to an ER now.
